Made to order

Every item is printed for you after you order it. We do not keep stock, which keeps waste down and lets us offer more designs. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

• Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders ship from our print partner's facility closest to you.
• Delivery in the United States typically takes 3 to 8 business days after production.
• International delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees, where charged, are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns and replacements

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will take it from there.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
