By using needsarenormal.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns and Privacy Policy pages.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
• Payment is taken when you place the order. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation.
• We may cancel an order if an item cannot be produced, if payment cannot be verified, or if there was an obvious pricing error. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Made-to-order products

Every item is printed after you order it. Colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen, and small variations between prints are normal. Returns for change of mind or sizing are not available; replacements for damaged or incorrect items are covered on the Shipping & Returns page.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Designs and content

The designs, words, images, and site content belong to Needs Are Normal or our licensors. You may share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy them onto other products or sell them.

Limits on liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
